Signature Cake Flavors
Vanilla Jam Cake: Vanilla sponge cake, filled with sweet berry jam and vanilla buttercream. Frosted in vanilla buttercream.
Strawberries & Lemon Cake: Lemon scented cake filled with fresh strawberries. Whipped lemon mascarpone filling between each layer. Madagascar vanilla buttercream on the outside.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake: A deeply cocoa cake, with peanut butter buttercream and toasted salted peanuts between the layers. Finished with a dark chocolate buttercream on the sides and top of the cake.
Chocolate Chocolate Cake: Rich chocolate cake, whipped ganache between each layer. Finished with a chocolate buttercream swirled across the top and sides.
Toasted Almond Cake : Almond cake brushed with Amaretto syrup. Milk chocolate buttercream filling. Amaretto buttercream on the outside.
Coconut Milk Cake: Moist cake made with coconut milk, toasted coconut mousse between each layer. The sides and top are frosted with a vanilla buttercream and sprinkled with shredded coconut.
Honey & Blackberry Cake: A warmly spiced honey cake, lightly scented with ginger & oranges. Blackberry jam between the layers. A whipped cream cheese frosting decorates the outside.
Roasted Peach & Carrot Cake : Carrot cake spiced with cinnamon, fresh grated ginger and orange zest. Brown sugar syrup. Roasted peach filling. Finished in cream cheese frosting.
Custom flavor combinations can be accommodated. As well as dietary restrictions.
